Source.ag, the provider of AI solutions for vegetable growers, announced its partnership with Axia Vegetable Seeds, an innovative seed breeding company specializing in high-yield vegetable hybrids. As part of this collaboration, Axia will integrate Source.ag’s solutions into its Demo Greenhouse to increase its operational efficiency.

“With a shared vision of continuous innovation, this partnership supports Axia Vegetable Seeds’ internal Demo by enabling high-quality data analysis. By digitizing and visualizing crucial data, Source.ag helps Axia Vegetable Seeds support and advise growers to maximize the yield of our varieties,” said Cees Maan, Cultivation Coordinator of Demo Greenhouse.

“Axia is pushing the boundaries of vegetable breeding and we are thrilled to welcome such an innovator on board. By combining our advanced technologies with Axia’s world-class breeding expertise, we will empower growers to achieve unprecedented yields through high precision and data-driven insights,” said Rien Kamman, CEO and Co-Founder at Source.ag.

Source.ag is at the forefront of AI-powered horticulture, redefining how decisions in greenhouses are made. Using cutting-edge AI models, Source.ag helps commercial greenhouse growers optimize resources and maximize yields by predicting plant growth under various conditions. With Source.ag’s solutions, growers can create an exact virtual replica of their operation to simulate thousands of potential strategies in thousands of potential seasons with AI. This moves risks traditionally associated with greenhouse growing to the virtual world, enabling growers to determine the best course of action.

Globally, more than 300 commercial greenhouses covering over 1800 hectares in 19 countries rely on Source.ag’s AI solutions, collectively producing fresh vegetables for over 60 million people worldwide—a number that continues to grow.
