Javo Introduces Javo Orange: A New Modular Standard in Pot Plant Production Automation
ShareShareShareShareShare

Developed for a horticultural sector that is constantly evolving, Javo Orange combines future-readiness with high scalability and minimal downtime. The modular line is built around five clear core principles: quality, continuity, simplicity, maximum production and maximum flexibility. Together, these principles provide growers with a reliable automation standard that delivers maximum performance today and can easily grow with their business tomorrow

Flexible and future-ready

The modular platform starts with a solid base, featuring a completely reengineered elevator. From there, the required function is added, followed by one or more optional modules. This structure allows growers to configure their machines precisely to current production needs and to adapt it easily as volumes, pot sizes or substrates change.

As a result, Javo Orange evolves alongside changing production demands and technological developments. Both current options and future upgrades can be integrated seamlessly, while the machine line is fully prepared for connection to ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.

Consistent quality and lower operating costs

Using pot recipes, key settings such as speed, drill height and depth, pot height and soil volume can be stored per pot diameter. This significantly reduces operator dependency and ensures repeatable processes. Javo Orange delivers consistent potting quality and stable output, with maximum productivity quickly achieved after a pot change

Smart technology on a robust foundation

All configurations are built using proven industrial components and are equipped with servo drives and modern control technology. The systems are prepared for remote support and data collection, enabling fast service response and further process optimisation.

Solutions for round and straight pot lines

Javo Orange offers dedicated configurations for both round and straight pot lines, delivering high capacity and accurate pot positioning. Filling quality remains stable even when processing peat-free and modern substrates, even at higher production speeds.

Serviceability at its core

A key characteristic of Javo Orange is its strong focus on serviceability. Standardised, easily accessible components allow maintenance, (remote) service and upgrades to be carried out quickly, without long production stoppages. This results in high machine availability and a predictable production process.

Modular components and replaceable units also contribute to a lower total cost of ownership over the full lifecycle of the installation.

With Javo Orange, Javo reinforces its vision on automation: systems that appear simple yet areengineered in detail to deliver maximum reliability and productivity.
