The T5 tractor range is now complete, thanks to the introduction of Electro Command™ models for 2026. This brings the efficiency and ease of operation of the proven 16×16 semi-powershift automated transmission technology to the 100-120 hp segment.

These upgraded T5 models are easily identifiable thanks to New Holland signature styling. This bold and dynamic new look also boosts operator visibility.
Electro Command™ transmission with IntelliShift™ technology
At the heart of the new T5 tractors’ enhanced productivity is the proven Electro Command™ transmission, renowned for its durability and ease of use. Now, it takes a significant step forward: IntelliShift™ technology that delivers eight consecutive automatic shifts in transport mode is standard on all models.
IntelliShift automation improves fuel efficiency, reduces operator fatigue, and ensures smooth performance both on the road and in the field. This technology continuously analyses engine speed, internal transmission speed, engine load and forward speed to ensure optimum shift timing and maximum comfort. Maximum speed of 40km/h is achieved at 1,970 rpm. Shuttle modulation is adjustable according to one of three settings, to match the required forward/reverse speed change.
Fully-suspended comfort package
To match customer demands for maximum comfort from a tractor in this power class, the latest T5 models are available with a Deluxe specification package that includes a combination of suspended seat, cab and front axle.
The Terraglide front axle suspension system provides 80mm of travel and can be operated in three modes. Active mode enables the full 80mm of travel, making it ideal for uneven field conditions. Locking mode, on the other hand, prevents axle movement when maximum stability and precision are required such as during deep ploughing or when lifting heavy implements. Manual levelling mode allows operators to customise front axle height and aids implement coupling to the front linkage.
To maximise operator comfort over rough ground and ensure ideal working speeds are maintained, the suspended front axle is complemented by a cab suspension system that enhances ride quality while maintaining overall tractor height. An air-suspended seat complements this to deliver maximum operator comfort.
High-output implement handling performance
The latest New Holland T5 tractors all feature a high-output implement handling package. Core features include a gross vehicle weight of 8,000kg, allowing for a high payload, and a 5,200kg rear linkage lift capacity to handle heavy implements. The T5 tractors’ hydraulic system is supplied by an 80 l/min pump. All T5 models can be ordered loader-ready with an armrest-integrated joystick.
Factory-fitted Connectivity and FieldOps Compatibility
The new T5 Electro Command tractors come with factory-installed telematics and lifetime connectivity, enabling seamless monitoring of machine location, performance, and key parameters to maximize uptime and efficiency.
The machines also have full compatibility with the New Holland FieldOps™ portal, providing real-time data transfer and full visibility into both machine and agronomic data, to empower smarter, more informed decisions.
T5 Electro Command tractors will be available at New Holland dealerships from early 2026.
