Koppert proudly announces the next phase in the development of our award-winning Digital Assistant – an AI-driven tool designed to support growers with 24/7 access to instant answers for crop protection challenges.
Following its successful debut at Fruit Logistica 2024 and recognition with the prestigious GreenTech Concept Award 2024, the Digital Assistant has entered a new stage of development. By integrating enriched data and user feedback from growers and consultants, it now delivers broader, context-aware answers, ranging from detailed product information, tailored advice on Integrated Pest Management and insights linked to actual orders and usage of our solutions by our customers.
The Digital Assistant is available in the Koppert One portal, that is currently accessible for Dutch customers. With a phased roll-out of Koppert One throughout 2025 and 2026 in key markets including US, Canada, France, Spain, and Italy, the adoption of the Koppert Digital Assistant is following a steady course.
Next-level functionalities
Building on its core functionality of providing instant, expert-backed answers, the enhanced Digital Assistant now allows users to:
- Instantly retrieve past and upcoming order details across multiple locations
- Gain insights into historical and scheduled product usage
- Ask for tailored advice about IPM strategies
- Access detailed product information, including product application advice.

To support ongoing refinement and user validation, Koppert is actively engaging with growers and consultants through pilot programs and international trade shows.
Visitors to GreenTech Amsterdam 2025 will have the opportunity to experience the Digital Assistant firsthand at hall 5, stand 123, where the Koppert team will showcase live demos and collect feedback from users across the value chain.
