As part of its ongoing strategy to strengthen and improve its already formidable service capability, SPX FLOW has announced a new channel partner for its Middle East operations: V-Line Middle East. Based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, V-Line Middle East is a subsidiary of V-Line Groupa leading company with extensive experience in managing cross border MRO complexity. The business is headquartered in Germany and has four global offices supporting suppliers and customers spread over 4 continents. V-Line Middle East will be assisting SPX FLOW customers with the rapid supply of high quality, OEM spares and components for ranges including APV®, Waukesha Cherry-Burrell®, Anhydro® and Seital Separation®.
The V-Line Group has proven success in the management of requirements of Industrial plants, from parts to critical process equipment, using highly skilled sales and technical experts and customized procurement models. These models are specifically developed for customers to optimize process times and meet even the most stringent of customer performance standards by consistently maintaining high levels of quality and service.
The V-Line Group has had a presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2008 and established V-Line Middle East in 2017. 400 m2 facility in Saudi Arabia has capacity for 260 pallets and will provide comprehensive component and spares support and management services for SPX FLOW products to customers across dairy, food & beverage and pharmaceutical.
Tom Cork, Channel Manager for SPX FLOW, commented, “Our partnership with V-Line will be a great benefit to our customers in this area. They will have a local contact with fully trained support teams to handle their components and spare parts needs. V-Line will hold extensive stock locally and so will be able to respond to enquiries and deliver parts very quickly.”
V-Line has a long track record in spares management and logistics to help customers keep their process running smoothly and maximize uptime. With 30 personnel already located in Saudi Arabia, it has a growing presence in the region. The distributor agreement will help to build a close working relationship with the parties to further support customers with their component and spares needs.
Allan Geisshirt, Sales Director, Middle East at SPX FLOW said, “Customers in the Middle East will be able to contact V-Line through dedicated communication lines, with V-Line having full support and access to SPX FLOW engineers when needed. If engineers are required on site, SPX FLOW will be able to respond as part of its continuing commitment to complete, global support for its products and solutions.”
Mohammed Imran Khan, Division Directorat at V-Line Middle East added, “We are delighted to partner with SPX FLOW and help them increase responsiveness to customer needs in Saudi Arabia. We will be able to dispatch stock items the same day and tailor stock holdings to meet specific customers spares requirements. V-Line has long experience across multiple industries in this type of business. Our business uses an integrated SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to enable us to work efficiently, respond quickly to customer needs and help them meet their organisational goals.”
By using high quality, original spare parts in their components, customers will benefit from continued optimized performance and reliable operation. SPX FLOW spares are precisely engineered from materials that match application needs and are tested to tight tolerances to provide an effective solution for specific and complex applications. Although lower cost alternatives may be available, original parts are designed to protect the process and machinery, maximize uptime, reduce maintenance and have been shown to reduce the total cost of ownership.
Tom Cork concluded, “We are confident our customers will gain from this partnership and find it even easier to do business with us. SPX FLOW is committed to providing truly global support with a strong local presence.
